The Hibi Micro Bubble Hydrating Toner is the toner step in our hydration routine. It features a micro-bubble format and is used before the Hibi Dew Serum.

The Hibi Dew Serum is our hydration-focused facial serum. Use it after your toner as part of your skincare routine.

The Hydration Duo includes the Hibi Micro Bubble Hydrating Toner and the Hibi Dew Serum.

They are two separate steps in the Dewity routine. The toner goes on first after cleansing, followed by the serum for an additional hydration step.

You don’t need to add both at once. Choose the steps that suit your routine, or use them together by applying the toner first and the serum second.

Yes! Both the toner and serum can be used in your morning and evening routines.

You can use it three ways: apply the bubbles directly to your skin and let them absorb like a bubble mask, dispense them into your hands and gently spread them over your face like a cream, or apply the toner to a cotton pad and gently sweep it over your skin. Choose whichever feels best for your routine.

Apply the serum after your toner, following the directions on the packaging. Your skin does not need to be dripping wet.

Centella asiatica leaf water is one of the botanical ingredients highlighted in our hydration-focused approach. An individual ingredient does not tell the whole story the finished formula matters, too.

Camellia sinensis leaf water, derived from the tea plant, is another botanical ingredient we highlight in our formulas. We consider it as part of the complete product rather than a promise of a specific result on its own.

Start with what you want from your routine and review each product’s ingredients and directions. Our focus is hydration, but everyone’s skin is different. Introduce new products gradually and pay attention to how your skin responds.

Sensitive skin can react differently to different formulas. Check the full ingredient list for anything you already know your skin reacts to, and test a small area before wider use. If you have an ongoing skin condition, ask your dermatologist about the specific product.

Oily or acne-prone skin can still need hydration, but that does not mean every hydrating product will suit it. Review the formula and introduce it gradually. Our products should not be treated as acne treatments.

Check your product and its outer packaging for date markings. If you can’t find or interpret them, send us a clear photo of the markings and batch number so we can help.

Follow the after-opening guidance on your packaging, along with any expiration date. If the guidance is unclear, contact us with your product name and batch number rather than guessing.

Follow the storage instructions on the packaging. Keep the containers properly closed and away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Pause use and contact us with your product name, batch number, and photos if possible. Let us know when you opened it and how it has been stored so we can look into the change.

Delivery times depend on your destination and shipping method. Carrier delays may affect the estimated arrival date.

Use the tracking number provided for your shipment to check its progress on the carrier’s website. Tracking may take some time to update after a shipping label is created.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll check the order’s status and let you know whether your request can be accommodated.
